HELL is the horrible home and realm of The Dragon and his fallen angels. It is the opposite of Heaven, and it is where those who never believed in or have forsaken The Refiner go. In Angel Wars the characters refer to hell as the underworld.
In the episode A Bone to Pick, it is implied that the demon Ogrid's son Og has spent the last thousand years in torment in hell. This would probably explain his anger and extreme state of agitation upon his bones being resurrected by his father.
